as part of a complete remodel and addition, this 1920's tudor residence was opened and expanded, maintaining context and a modest footprint within the historic neighborhood. the clients desire for space to entertain was executed through seamless links between interior and exterior spaces, allowing expansive circulation by engaging the adjacent outdoor landscapes.

providing design/build and construction management allowed the provision of bespoke details throughout the house - glass and aluminum bi-fold airplane hangar door, three story stair rail, kitchen cabinet design/doors, kitchen island structure and farm table, built-in seating/storage, media cabinets, bathroom vanities, sliding closet door, steel fireplace surrounds, and drapery hardware.
